The dictionary expresses the term Anxiety as a feeling of worry, nervousness, or unease about something with an uncertain outcome. But it doesn’t quite explain how debilitating the experience can be, physically painful. This distortion of a future reality that logically will probably never happen. When we look at it, we see it. It is a mash-up of fears untold; with chemical dumps in the body, that seems impossible to change in that moment… No matter how hard the effort to do so. It is a teaching of becoming concious of the thought processes; down regulating the nervous system and letting the chips fall where they may. I found it hard to explain, why I go quiet sometimes, or sigh loudly, or breathe deeply, or avoid people – because I am afraid… This silly experience of the lizzard brain…. So I decided to express it outside of myself instead.
